1. We exchange your items that are in erroneous items, wrong dimensions, wrong variants or damaged states by our mistake, within 30 days of receipt.
2. All items can only be exchanged for your original order or replacement at the same price.
3. We will pay the shipping cost for each item exchanged, or we will give you a refund for the item if the original order is unavailable.
4. The merchandise must be in original box, with all the labels intact, and must be able to be resold (ie not brought or washed).

2. Insert invoice into the box with returned item (s). Create a copy of the original receipt invoice and note the tracking #.
3. There is NO FREE return (you have to pay for the return). This fee should be deducted from the refund.
4. All refunds will be issued after our received return item by the same payment method as customer used before in about 3-4 weeks.
